Sarah's Thirst For Color- Nautical Coral and Navy
Ocean waves hitting the sand, a succulent lobster dinner paired with a crisp bottle of chardonnay, and a sunset boat ride off the shore of Cape Cod...
Can you tell that beaches are on my mind today?

It is finally feeling somewhat spring like, and I am counting down the days to those gorgeous summer evenings. My inspiration board is filled with nautical images, and I have strategically placed my dish filled with seashells my daughter and I collected a couple of years ago right next to my computer. There is no feeling quite like swimming in the ocean, and in honor of one of my favorite past times, our Thirst for Color post is all about the gorgeous combo of coral and navy. While this color palette can be used in different seasons, it lends itself perfectly to a summery nautical themed event. When working with this color palette, I immediately envision bright coral peony bouquets wrapped in navy stripped ribbon, groomsmen in classic navy blazers with gold buttons paired with a slim coral tie, and homemade candy jar guest favors topped with different fabrics (and of course perfectly displayed in an old wood row boat :) )

This color combo is modern, chic, and most importantly...fresh!
