Wedding Coordinator Amanda Gansfuss, owner of The Luxe Affair

Within The Sablewood at Highview Springs’ circa 1870 barn, chandeliers glistened with glimmering light from soaring 40’ ceilings for Katie and Michael DellaRocco’s June 24th, 2023 wedding. Surrounded by the mountains, there were cocktails in the open air and quaint farm wood trestle tables setting the scene.

"It was literally stunning. The staff was wonderful to work with. They have thought of every detail in both design and landscape. Their look and vibe is really different overall compared to other venues,” said wedding coordinator Amanda Gansfuss, owner of The Luxe Affair.

“I keep a binder with everything in it; a full timeline with their needs; details about the ceremony and reception locations, what’s provided, setup and breakdown for the day of, the hair and makeup schedule, vendor contact information (email and phone), the design of the guest tables…I know exactly how everything needs to be.”
