Our Story...

Spencer and I met on Tinder back in September of 2021. My mom loves to joke that he really did "swipe right" lol. Over our first few dates we soon realized how similar we were to one another and how well we worked as a couple. Despite it being peak Covid, we bonded over our love of trying new restaurants and traveling to new places.

Fast forward about a year and we moved into our first apartment together. I've always been a huge “dog person” so naturally a puppy came next! Bringing our Dalmatian, Penny into our lives has made us grow so much closer. We both had to adjust to new potty-training schedules, lol and have tough conversations to make sure we were both able to accomplish our goals. In June 2024 Spencer proposed on the Marginal Way in Ogunquit, Maine on our way to dinner. Maine has always been paradise to us and now knowing we got engaged in our favorite place makes it even more special. I've always been obsessed with weddings and have always looked forward to planning my own someday, so naturally, I got right to work!

Despite me planning the majority of our wedding, there were plenty of incredible surprises throughout the day. My dad wrote and recorded a song for our father/daughter dance, and we surprised my now-husband with a live cannoli piping on the dance floor courtesy of Mazzone Hospitality. The team at the Sablewood went above and beyond to make sure the day went off without a hitch, they even let us decide on an indoor/outdoor ceremony an hour before our guests arrived! Our day could not have been more perfect, and we are both so grateful to our families for such a special day.

Try your best to be present the day of your wedding! Whether that means having your MOH hold your phone or maybe drinking less on the day of, it's worth it to have the memories!
