Our Story...
Joe and I met our first week of optometry school in 2019 and were inseparable since. Through school, COVID, rotations in Tennessee, Florida and Pennsylvania our love grew more and more. After graduating from school, we took a trip to Utah with my family. It was there one evening at the most picturesque Airbnb as the sun was setting, that Joe got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was so special and intimate. We then moved to Saratoga Springs, our midway point from Long Island (where I am from) and Canandaigua (where Joe is from). As soon as we saw Saratoga for the first time, we instantly fell in love with it. It is such a special place for both of us and we knew it was where we wanted to get married. We wanted all our family and friends to experience Saratoga Springs, make a weekend out of it and grow to love it as we do. The Adelphi Hotel was the one and only venue we looked at, we knew it was the place. Joe is not only my husband but my best friend, we do everything together and love spending every moment side by side no matter what we’re doing. Our wedding day was the most perfect day spent with the most amazing people and we are so thankful to all our family, friends and vendors that made it all so special and wonderful. We feel so lucky looking back on our day.
