Brian and I met through a dating app and talked on and off for about six months before meeting in person. I was shy and took a lot of convincing to "get out there." Meeting him at Spot Coffee for our first date was the best decision! Never in a million years did I think it would lead me to finding my instant family! My husband and sweet step children were the best surprise of my life. I learned that you should never push something away just because it is new or unexpected… it could be exactly what is meant for you!
After a short 7 months of dating, we moved in together, and after two years Brian proposed on the beach of the Polynesian resort in Disney World, across the bay from Cinderella’s Castle and a magical fireworks display.
Lake Placid is exactly where we wanted to have the wedding. It was the first trip we took together, and a place that fills us both with joy. We chose Golden Arrow as our venue which sits directly on Mirror Lake, and we decided on October 10th so that all our guests could enjoy the breathtaking fall foliage of the Adirondacks.
We were incredibly lucky to have beautiful weather, healthy guests, and phenomenal vendors to create the perfect wedding weekend.
We are so grateful to everyone who helped make it happen, and everyone who made the trip to celebrate our love! #LifeIsGoodge

Advice Tess & Brian Would Like To Pass Along...
"Do your best to be present the day of. Phone off, give everyone your maid of honor's number. Time does fly but if you breathe, and take it in you will remember every detail."
